Dave Mitchell

I finished my undergraduate degree in Forensic Biology here at Kent and remained to begin a Masters of research into the evaluation of e-learning practices and principals. My preliminary research interests include Audio-Visual content synchronisation and the development of virtual lectures, such as the AuthorWare written programme, ‘Karyolab’.

I will be analysing and developing these techniques with a view to increasing their efficiency to the learning process, and I will be investigating how e-learning affects student learning compared to more conventional methods of teaching.

Will it be beneficial? Will it be detrimental in some areas?? Stay tuned.
