Kate Fowler

I studied for my Bachelor's degree (with honours) in Biosciences at Canterbury Christ Church University, and am now in the second year of my PhD under the supervision of Darren Griffin at the University of Kent. My project involves the examination of allelic variation in candidate genes thought to encode for fatness in pigs. My research is funded by the BBSRC, Genesis Faraday and JSR Genetics. |
